Shipping is handled via USPS(United States Postal Service) using their Priority Mail Shipping. This type of shipping usually takes between 1-5 days for packages to arrive at their destination. Once we hand over the package to USPS, we can not be responible for packages arriving late.
We accept returns only if there is an issue with the item, item was not as described, or there was an issue with shipping, explain under damaged packages. We can not issue a return or refund for items that were ordered by mistake.
Refunds will only be refunded to the method of payment that the order was placed with. Depending on the circumstances, we can issue a full refund or a partial refund.
If packages are damaged as a result of being mishandling while in route to their destination, we will issue a replacement or a refund after the package has been returned to us. Only once we have recieved the package can we issue the replacement or refund.
